About Power Her Conference Vendor Registration 2025

POWER HER CONFERENCE



***IMPORTANT***


PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT PAYMENT UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED CONFIRMATION THAT YOU ARE AN APPROVED VENDOR. 


TO APPLY TO VEND, YOU MUST SUBMIT THE VENDOR APPLICATION. 


Vendors will be asked to donate a product or service for the silent auction.



General Vendor fee is $150 

We are currently allowing vendors to make half payments to secure their spot by 1/31/2025

with final payment due on 3/14/2025 

This covers the vendor fee for all shifts.

Vendors may set up starts 1 hour before the shift begins and ends when the shift starts.


Our nonprofit, The Chrysalis Program is hosting the 3rd annual Power Her Conference, A Celebration of Black Womanhood, March 21-23 at Hilton McCormick Place, 123 East Cermak Road, Chicago. The Power Her Conference is a versatile experience complete with educational, healing, and entertaining workshops, a mixer, a formal gala, a comedy show, and an old-school pajama party. 

***Please note that we review applications in an attempt to ensure all vendors and the event are a good fit. We try to avoid duplicate vendors and products in an effort to give all vendors as much exclusivity as possible. ***

Options

(Entire day Vendor)  8 am til 10 pm (14 hrs)


Session 1-FULL DAY-Before and During Workshops, Paint and Sip, Comedy Show. (From set up til end of night)

Session 2- HALF DAY-Before and During conference kickoff and workshops, before the paint and sip


(you’re welcome to stay entire day or leave half day since the price is the same from both, we would just need to know your intentions.)



Vendor Fees


Vendors are allowed to bring a helper as this is a LONG event and you may need to take breaks.

The vendor fee includes one table and 2 chairs.

Black Women Vendors receive a 20% discount on Power Her Conference Tickets using code: BWO20 at checkout. 

And to book your room for the weekend 



Regular Full Day Vendor Fee is $150.00 - Covers all shifts, and includes 1 table, 2 chairs, and refreshments for vendor and helper. 


ALL FEES AND PAYMENTS ARE NON- REFUNDABLE AND WILL THEN BE TRANSFERRED AS A DONATION TO

THE CHRYSALIS PROGRAM
